While it is our sincere goal to address every customer’s needs, it is not humanly possible to have extended discussions with everyone when non-standard issues arise.

We understand that some customers have legitimate additional questions. However, the time required to discuss non-standard needs is already an engagement with the potential project.

These situations typically involve vintage instruments, unusual guitars, or resolving uncommon technical issues. We are happy to answer brief, reasonable questions by text or email, but when a situation requires a more detailed discussion, time must be set aside to properly address it. In those cases, the conversation becomes a paid consultation.

To help customers avoid unnecessary costs, we encourage everyone to first review our FAQ and technical challenges pages. If the answer is not found there, you are welcome to join the Guitar Quackery Forum and post your question(s). We respond there as time permits and within reasonable limits.

If these options do not provide the information you need, feel free to contact us to request and schedule a paid consultation.
