About Frets by Mail
Frets by Mail is a mail order service for bolt-on guitar necks, sent by mail.
You send your guitar neck to us, we do the work and send the neck back to you.
Our service is always going to include fret work and in most cases also some work on the nut. In some cases it might also include installation of tuning machines or string trees.
We also offer 3D scanning serviced for full diagnostics, using our proprietary software FretLab PRO.
We do not do cosmetic repairs and we do not do carving of the neck profile. Refinishing is limited to the possible restoration of the finish on the fingerboard (not the back of the neck) as part of a refret of a maple fretboard.
We do not accept entire guitars sent by mail - only bolt-on guitar necks, sent in mailer tubes.
